Part 4 - Adding Logs printer friendly version | PDF Sewing Instructions: Step 1: With right sides together and using a 1/4" seam allowance, sew a 3-1/2" x 6-1/2" Color A (dark) rectangle to the top of a diagonal unit as shown below. Press the seam allowance toward the Color A (dark) rectangle. Repeat using the remaining twenty-three diagonal units for a total of twenty-four.
Step 2: With right sides together and using a 1/4" seam allowance, sew a 3-1/2" x 9-1/2" Color A (dark) rectangle to the leftside of the Step 1 unit as shown below. Press the seam allowance toward the Color A (dark) rectangle. Repeat using the remaining twenty-three diagonal units for a total of twenty-four.
